Job Description

Cast Iron Chef is looking to add a host to our dynamic New Haven team. This a great job for a recent high school graduate and/or a college student. The host is one of the first faces a customer will see as they enter the restaurant. We are seeking someone who is attentive, friendly, team-oriented, and professional. As a host, you will greet customers, check them into Open Table (online booking system), answer and return phone calls for reservations, and support guests with general inquiries. Parking is free for employees in a parking garage attached to the restaurant.

Requirements

Customer service experience answering the phone, trouble shooting customer questions, and/or general restaurant experience

Shifts

We have day and night shift options available (11-4 pm or 4-9 pm). We need weekend support Friday through Sunday.
